SD Marine Life:
Beautiful schools of fuseliers, butterfly fish, lion fish, scorpion fish, nudibranchs, bat fish, reef sharks, turtles and the occasional lost sunfish!
SD Details:
The diverse collection of corals and sponges combined with good visibility and a vast array of marine life make SD one of the most beautiful dive sites on Nusa Penida. The diving here can range from a gentle drift to breakneck speed with the site offering anything from the most exquisite nudibranch to turtles and white tip reef sharks.
The site is close to the shore and is named after the school which can be seen on the mainland; the initials SD mean grade school in Indonesian.
SD Recommendations
This is a beautiful dive but as with any drift diving, listen to your guides brief and stay close to the reef to prevent getting caught up in faster currents.
